I am a South Jersey native who migrated to the Lehigh Valley to attend Moravian College, and after graduating never looked back.
 
I have worked in insurance since 2013 but am delighted to have made the move to AAA Northampton County as of October 2020. Over the years I’ve enjoyed decoding insurance for my clients, so that they understand their coverage options and feel confident in their choices, and I’ll do the same for you.
 
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me working with my Girl Scout troop, reading, knitting, photographing, or spending time with my husband and our cats.
 

I’m very happy that I got the opportunity to join, AAA Northampton in 2019. I have been providing insurance expertise for the last 5 years. 

In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with my dog. Vienna, always wants to introduce herself to everyone for some belly rubbing.

I moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2014 after spending my entire life in the State of Delaware.  I love the rich history and beautiful landscape of this area as well as the many opportunities to experience everything the Valley offers.

My wife Kim and I are proud parents of two rescue dogs named Roxy and Wellsey.  Roxy is a Saluki and Wellsey is a Black Labrador Retriever.  We spend most of our time together with them, but we also enjoy traveling, taking in baseball games and concerts.

After being in the auto industry for nearly a decade, I know the unexpected happens and that’s why I understand the importance of insurance.  I want to be there to guide you to learn about all of your options and what best fits your needs.  I was born and raised in northwestern New Jersey so I am a Jersey girl at heart but I currently reside in Easton, Pennsylvania with my husband, Robert, loving Siberian Husky, Frank, and 2 cats, Nibbler and River. If I am not helping my clients at the office, my other passions include working out, painting, makeup artistry, and spending time with my friends and family.  I am a total kid at heart! I love riding rollercoasters with my nieces and nephew so you may catch me at Dorney Park with them.

Hello, my name is Beth and I’m a licensed agent here at AAA Schuylkill County. I became an agent here in November of last year.
I love the work we do to help people with their insurance. We are a customer-oriented office and I like taking the time to get to know my clients and offering the best coverage for their needs.
I was born and have lived most of my life in Schuylkill County.  I was formerly in the car business. I enjoy working on cars with my son, going to shows, and looking for the next project car. I have some rescue cats and am looking forward to starting my own sanctuary one day. I also love running, getting drug into races by my long-time friend, working in the garden and tackling new landscaping projects.

My Name is Melissa Shipton. I am a Licensed Insurance agent here in our AAA Schuylkill County Pottsville office. I was born in Sellersville PA, located in the Bucks County area. My family and I relocated to Schuylkill County/Pottsville in 1988 and I have resided here since. I attended Pottsville High and enjoyed various clubs one being the Key Club where we would deliver meals on wheels to the elderly who could no longer shop for their groceries. Choir was also another favorite of mine. I LOVE spending time and getting together with my family (especially my nanny) and friends. I have (4) best girlfriends (Jocelyn, Amanda, Shanelle, and Jen) who have always been my backbone. I am married to a wonderful guy (Aaron) and have three beautiful daughters (Kalea and Dayla) and a step-daughter (Alexis). I had worked in a local Italian restaurant for 15 years and decided to take a different career path in my 30’s. I was hired at AAA in Customer Service where I began my Insurance journey in 2021. In 2023 I became a licensed agent and continue to learn and grow in the world of Insurance. Becoming an agent has been a huge accomplishment for me and I look forward to what the future holds. 

My name is Carrie and I’m the Manager of the Schuylkill County Insurance Agency as well as a Licensed Insurance Agent. I have been with AAA since 2020. I’m a Wife of 33 years, Mother of an awesome Daughter, Nana to four amazing Grandchildren, and Fur Mom to two German Shepherds, two cats, and a horse. I spend my free time with family and friends, especially watching my two oldest Grandsons play sports. I enjoy traveling to North Carolina as often as I can to spend time with many great friends from college. I also love to work in my vegetable garden and Can and Freeze all my harvests, along with tending my flower beds.

My name is Alexander McFarland, a licensed insurance agent for AAA Schuylkill County. I live in Pottsville and work at our branch office here.

I was born in Forest Grove, Oregon and moved to Pennsylvania in 2013. I am married to a Pottsville girl, born and raised, and together we have three beautiful children.

I became an insurance agent after I was no longer able to continue my previous line of work for health reasons. I enrolled in a course through Kaplan Financial, earning my Property and Casualty license in 2024. I am always pursuing new education and learning opportunities, both to better understand our many insurance products, and to better educate our insureds on their policies and coverages.
